Hi TADA! Friends and Family,

Did you hear that the original Broadway cast of Spring Awakening is reuniting for a one-night-only Benefit Concert for the Actors Fund on November 15th? I wish I could go, but I’m actually going out that night already (a very rare occurrence). 

Do you know that there is a song from that musical entitled “Totally F..ked?” 

Why am I bringing this up? 

There just aren’t enough hours in the day and there’s a lot of work that needs to be done NOW. And so sometimes lately I’ve been feeling a little bit f..cked, but I know that everything will be ok. 

Because guess what?  

“Check it Out” (a song from the TADA! musical, New York New Year) — TADA! is hiring!!! Please tell all your colleagues, friends, relatives, acquaintances, and everyone that TADA!’s looking for all kinds of staff. Teaching Artists for classes, camps and school residencies. We’re so grateful that our education program is booming once again! (COVID be gone.) Productions are back so we’re looking for directors, choreographers, designers, and assistant stage managers. To keep these programs going we need administrative staff as well — Director of Marketing, Director of Advancement and Community Development, Administrative Manager and a Marketing Assistant. I’m so excited to announce that Kubbi, TADA! Alum, will be directing our winter production!!!

Interviewing, checking references, second interviews have become part of my already busy work day. I apologize to anyone who I haven’t talked to, written or responded to in way too long. I believe that I will have time soon. TADA! will have a fantastic group of new staff members who are joining the incredible group that is currently making everything happen. Speaking of a fantastic group of new people — callbacks are this weekend and at the end we will have another 25 new 8 – 16 year olds joining the Resident Youth Ensemble of TADA! (RYET). Oh, if you’re too old to join RYET and aren’t looking for a job but want to be a part of TADA!, we’re also looking for Board Members. 

There’s something for everyone at TADA!.
